Wendy was born and raised in Salem, and is an Oregonian through and through. She and her husband, Scott, have been married over 30 years and have four grown children, and five grandchildren. They currently live on five acres outside of West Salem with their two cute fur babies.
Wendy holds a BA in Human Services from The University of Oregon, a Master’s in Counseling from George Fox University, and a PhD in Counseling Education from Oregon State University. She enjoyed a long career as a therapist and counselor educator, and also owned a successful counseling center for several years in the Salem area. She hosts a podcast called “I Used to be a Therapist” and loves connecting with, and supporting people as they pursue their passions. Wendy also has built a large following in the essential oil world, and is the author of the book “Essentially Better: Essential Oils for People with Feelings”.
In this next chapter of her life, Wendy brings her skills as a former therapist, and entrepreneur to the table when she helps people look for a home that feels right for them, has meaning, and meets their needs.

She is known and highly respected in the community for her honesty and integrity, and works with focused commitment to help all of her transactions be smooth and effective.
